Microsoft Word is the central text editor that enables professionals to create documents of any type.
It allows them to set up different types of content, formatting, tables and formatting, etc. Additionally, it has some special features like auto-reversing words and sentences. It can also automatically generate tables of contents on the basis of a few words selected at random. An indentation is a tool that makes it easier for you to write a few characters at a time. It also looks great when formatting your documents as well as paragraphs. Indentation is a very useful feature that allows you to indent your text without changing the line-height.
A custom Indentation setting can be used to adjust the indenting of a paragraph, but it doesn't have any effect on paragraph spacing.
Small changes to how paragraphs are indented can have a big impact on the overall look of your writing.
We should not use one custom setting for all types of paragraphs - that will lead to inconsistent styles.
This function in Ms Word is used to create a hanging indent. If you want to make your document look more professional, this may be the function for you.
Click on the ‘Insert’ button on the toolbar, select ‘Paragraph’, and click on ‘Indent’ in the drop-down menu. Type in three spaces for your desired indent length and click on ‘OK’.
