Here's how to make a straight line:
- On the toolbar, select the Line tool (). (or press the L key). The cursor is replaced by a pencil.
- Set the starting point of your line by clicking.
- To set the line's end point, click.
- (Optional) Type a value and hit Enter (Microsoft Windows) or Return (Mac OS X) to make your line a particular length (macOS).
