Create plans, elevations, sections, build details, model views, and any other information you'll need to get started on the project. SketchUp is incredibly accurate, so you can rest assured that everyone working on the project will have all of the information they need. The best thing is that your building paperwork will alter as your model does.
Select File > Insert in LayOut to access your SketchUp model. Simply right-click on the SketchUp window and choose Scenes: "PLAN" from the drop-down menu. Then right-click and select Scale = 1mm:50mm from the menu. In LayOut, your scaled layout is now complete, and you can begin dimensioning and annotating the critical details.
