To choose the pink cactus shape in the illustration, use the selection tool and click on it. Click on the pink fill square at the top of the Swatches panel to bring it to the front. The panel's last swatch is a motif called "pink cactus." To fill the selected shape with the pattern, click on that swatch.
To swiftly switch to the Selection tool, press the "V" key. Drag the shape you just sketched into the Swatches panel after clicking it to pick it. It's worth noting that a new swatch has appeared. This will automatically produce a repeating pattern with the form you just painted when you apply it to a selected object.
A full-color pattern fill (sometimes referred to as a "vector pattern") is a more complicated vector graphic made up of lines and fills. The background of a full-color fill can be coloured or translucent. A bitmap pattern fill is a bitmap image whose size, image resolution, and bit depth determine its complexity.
