Select "Make using Mesh" from the "Envelope Distort" menu to create a bespoke envelope, then specify the envelope's size in the dialogue box, then click and drag the points in the envelope to modify it.

Place the envelope in your printer's manual feeder, then press "Ctrl+P" in Illustrator. In the Print dialogue box, select the "Setup" item and set the X coordinates to "+4 inches" (or whatever the height of your envelope is). After that, click "Done" and then "Print."

Select File > Save As from the File menu. Select. dot as your format and click Save. You may now email your client your editable Microsoft Word letterhead template!
