How To Create 3D Extrude & Bevel In Illustrator?

Effects and Appearance make the object looks more attractive.

In effect menu, click document raster effects settings.  In that, you can see what is your color model, background and resolution. Another option in effect menu is 3D. Under the 3D option, extrude & bevel is present. Extrude means giving depth to any 3D object, and bevel means finishing a 3D object.

In the video, an example is given of how to apply extrude & bevel on an object. After designing a shape, to use extrude & bevel, go to effects and select it. A pane will open. First, enable your preview so that you can see effects one by one as you apply.

3D effects enable you to create three-dimensional (3D) objects from two-dimensional (2D) artwork. You can control the appearance of 3D objects with lighting, shading, rotation, and other properties. You can also map artwork onto each surface of a 3D object.
