Feedback entails actively listening, analysing, and then devising the greatest feasible solution to improve performance. It offers constructive criticism and enables everyone to recognise what they can do to enhance their attention and results.
Negative feedback is given when someone has done something wrong or has failed at something. It can be given by the person themselves or by somebody else in their place.
Positive feedback is given when someone has done a good job or has succeeded at something. It can be given by the person themselves or by somebody else in their place.
