You can find quick selection tool on the tool panel on the left of your screen. It should be the fourth option below the Polygonal Lasso Tool. The quick selection icon looks like a paintbrush with dotted lines around the tip.

The quick selection tool is perfect for choosing an object in the photo with an irregular shape. Click on the Quick Selection tool and drag the cursor in a part of the area you want to select.You’ll see a line appear around the shape. You can increase/decrease the size of brush as per your requirement.

The Magic Wand Tool, known simply as the Magic Wand. Unlike other selection tools that select pixels in an image based on shapes or by detecting object edges, the Magic Wand selects pixels based on tolerance. The Magic Wand Tool works by selecting an area of solid color within an image. Once your selection is made, the Magic Wand Tool gives you multiple options for refining that selection.
