The size parameters in Photoshop are limited to the dimensions of the device you are designing for. By default, this is set to 1200x800 pixels. The document dimensions can be changed by clicking on "File" in the menu bar and selecting "Document Setup."

The Image Auto Adjustments are only available when you are in the Image Size dialog box. You can use these adjustments to get your image to fit the size of the paper you want to print it on, without having to manually resize your image.
