As you can see in the video, an effect is added on picture using filter. Let’s see how to apply such effects.

In filter menu, go to filter gallery. You will see many presets in texture. From there, mosaic tiles effect is applied on picture. In the right side, you will see the options for changing the tile size. Also you can change grout width & can lighten grout.

You can apply many other effects from listed options. You can directly edit your image from here. Select any effect and see its preview. You can change parameters of any effect from right side pane.

So this way, using Filter gallery you can add filters to images.
