FAQs

Project section is a tool in Autocad that allows you to create section views of a model. You can use project section to create different views with different levels of detail.

Project section is a great way to organize your thoughts and ideas. It's also a great way to show your progress and provide an overview of what you have done so far. A project section can be created by using the tabs at the top of the page. This will allow you to easily switch between different projects and see how they are progressing.

There are three basic types of sections in Autocad:

  • Cross-Section (C-Section)
  • Plan View Section (PV-Section)
  • Elevation View Section (EVS)

  • The first thing you will need is a project. This is the main container for all your plans and specifications. It can be a single drawing or group of drawings. A project can also be a set of drawings, such as a set of house plans.
  • You will also need to create sheets for your drawings in order to organize them and make them easier to find. You will want to make sure that you name each sheet according to its content, so that it is easy for everyone on your team to find what they are looking for.
