Select Edit Block In-Place from the context menu when you right-click on the block. To open the in-place block editor for a selected block, type REFEDIT. Use the REFCLOSE command to close it when you've finished editing.
Choose Tools > Edit Block or X-Ref In-Place > Edit In-Place from the menu. Press Enter after typing refedit. 2 Select the block you want to alter at the popup. The Edit Reference dialogue box appears.
This command or the F5 key can be used to switch between the three 'isoplanes' (top, right, and left). On the status bar of newer versions of AutoCAD, there is an Isoplane icon. To enter Isometric Drafting Mode, click this, as illustrated below. You can also alter your Isoplanes from this page (but F5 is faster).
