Shift, Control (Windows) or Command (macOS) or the Label menu's Select Layer Group command can be used to select multiple layers on the Timeline. Select Layer > Pre-compose from the main menu. To open and inspect the layers of a Pre-composition in the timeline, double-click on it in the timeline.
So we'll pick all three layers, then right-click and choose "precompose" from the drop-down menu. You can also use the shortcut Command+Shift+C. You will only be able to select the "Move all attributes" setting in the pre-comp window if you have more than one layer selected.
