There are many ways to export video in After Effects. One way is to use the Render menu and then choose either Video Preview or Full Render. Another way is using the File menu where there is an option of exporting as a single file or as individual files.

First, select the file that you want to export. Next, go to File > Export > Media and choose the format that you want your video exported as. Lastly, click on the next button and wait for your video to be exported.
