To modify comparable pixels throughout an image, utilise Photoshop Elements' Magic Eraser Tool. If you use this tool on a backdrop layer or a layer with locked transparency, the pixels will change to the background colour.
Parts of the active layer or selection can be removed with this tool. When working with multi-layered photographs, it can be advantageous since erasing bits of an upper layer allows lower layers to show through.
Select the layer that includes the regions you wish to remove from the Layers panel.
When the option appears, hold down the Eraser tool and select Background Eraser.
Select a brush and tweak the size, hardness, angle, roundness, and spacing settings.
Select the Limits mode.
To use the eraser tool, press the "e" key. Toggle between the various eraser tools once more by pressing shift + up arrow on your keyboard.
The eraser tool in Photoshop may be found in the toolbox's second group of icons. Eraser, Background Eraser, and Magic Eraser are the three versions. The eraser is a brush that erases pixels as it is dragged across the image. If the layer is locked, pixels are erased to transparency or the background colour.
