Let's Import Character and Setup the RIG

Create a new project called "Rigify Test" in Unity. Simply drag and drop your model into the project window once it is open. In the project window, select the model's prefab and then click Rig in the inspector. Click Configure and change the Animation Type to Humanoid. All of the bones should now work together to form Mecanim.

Right-click your character and select humanoid from the menu. Unity will open a new window with your character in it, and this is where Unity will try to match your character's rig (muscles and bones). Green indicates a good rig match.

Creating animation-friendly setups is now easier than ever with Unreal Engine 4.25. Control Rig, which is currently in an experimental state, allows users to design complicated animation rigs for any character type.

Building a structure to turn a static image into an animation is what character rigging is all about. Character rigging artists will use a modeller's static image to generate individual rigs for each aspect of the character, such as face emotions and limb movements.
