Then, if you want to view or shortlist someone, you will get all those options here.
You will see a brief profile of each candidate and on that basis, you can select whether you want to go ahead with that candidate or you would like to see the next candidate.
Well, in this way you will be shown the profile of every candidate in short, and if you want to see a detailed profile, then you can go ahead and open it.
You can email them, or if you want to forward a particular profile to someone, you can do that too. Then, if you click on this, you will get an option from where you can also download the resume.
So, in this way, we can check the overall response of the job that we posted.
Well, if you might have noticed, more than 20 people have applied for this particular profile. Here, only matching applies are shown which is 12. Well, here 29 people applied but only 12 profiles are matching with our profile and according to our set filter. (Understood?)
