The Arduino IDE can also be launched from the Raspberry Pi's main menu. To do so, go to the main menu option and then to the programming option, where you may click on Arduino to execute it. Multiple board selections are supported in the current version of the Arduino IDE.
Install Arduino for Windows IoT (refer this link) With a pinmap of 2, port your Arduino code (described above) to your Windows IoT.
Important Note: There are certain guidelines for porting Arduino code to Windows IoT that may be found on the ms-iot website.
