A Machine Learning library, also referred to as a Machine Learning framework, is a collection of routines and functions built in a certain programming language.
Simply described, a dataset in machine learning is a collection of data bits that may be considered as a single unit by a computer for analytic and prediction purposes. This means that the data gathered should be homogeneous and understandable to a machine that does not see data in the same manner that people do.
These libraries will simplify our tasks by providing readily available functions and models that we may utilise instead of doing it ourselves. The code is also more compact and readable as a result of this.
Numpy is a Python library that is used in Machine Learning. Scikit-learn. Scipy.
