You can use your personal dashboard to keep track of problems and pull requests you're working on or following, navigate to your favourite repositories and team sites, stay up to date on current activity in the organisations and repositories you're subscribing to, and discover recommended repositories.
Create a new dashboard by selecting Create new dashboard from the Dashboards menu. A wizard will walk you through selecting and authorising your tool. You'll be directed through the GitHub authorisation sequence after choosing GitHub (unless you've already done so, in which case you'll go to the next stage).
When you login in to GitHub, the first page you'll see is your personal dashboard. Once you've signed in, click the in the upper-left corner of any page on GitHub to access your personal dashboard.
