Before you create a Facebook business page, make sure you have a business plan and a marketing strategy.
- Company profile - Make sure you have your company name, address, phone number, website and your own personal profile photo. Your company profile should also include any contact information that is relevant to what you do.
- Facebook pages - This can be found under the "Pages" tab on the left hand side of your Facebook home page.
- Target audience - Once you are done with preparing your company profile, it's time to choose who is going to be visiting the page. You can visit Facebook's "Audience Insights" tool or use an app like AdEspresso which helps users analyze their target audience in terms of demographics, interests and behaviors.
