Scroll down to the "Street View" photo and click it. A Street View icon can also be used to pick the thumbnail.

Open Chrome on your PC and browse to Google Maps.
Click My location in the lower right corner.
Click Lock to the left of the web address.
Select Site options from the dropdown menu.
Allow is the option to the right of "Location."
Click My location on the Google Maps page after reloading it.
