A server can be accessed by submitting a basic web form with form controls. We can use ADO.NET to store the submitted values in a SQL Server database. We're going to make a web form app that connects to a SQL Server database.
ADO.NET acts as a link between the front-end controls and the database on the back end. The ADO.NET objects encapsulate all data access operations, and the controls interact with them to show data, thus masking the complexities of data transfer.
NET Core is a version of Microsoft's.NET Framework You should be alright as long as you have a valid connection string to connect to your existing legacy database.
