In AngularJS, expressions are used to tie application data to HTML. Angular resolves the expressions and returns the result to the place where the expression was written. In AngularJS, expressions are written in double braces: expression. They work in the same way as the ng-bind directive: ng-bind="expression."

Inside double braces, AngularJS expressions can be written: expression. AngularJS expressions can also be written inside a directive, using the syntax ng-bind="expression." The expression will be resolved by AngularJS, and the result will be returned exactly where the expression was written.

One-way data binding in AngularJS includes interpolation binding (which takes an expression as an input and converts it to text using HTML elements) and property binding (which sets the value of a property on an HTML element).
