Here's how I went about doing it: Row per row, read the CSV file. Do the appropriate validations for each element, such as EmpId, FirstName, etc., by calling individual methods with validation logic. For instance, public bool ValidateIsDecimal(string value), public bool ValidateIsEmpIdExists(string value), and so on.

Create a list of system requirements.
Create the Validation Protocol & Test Specifications.
Testing.
Create/Revise Procedures and Write the Final Report
Choose the field that has to be validated.
In the Field Validation group on the Fields tab, choose Validation, then Field Validation Rule.
To make the rule, use the Expression Builder.
