The database management system (DBMS) organises and manages incoming data, as well as allowing users and other programmes to modify or extract it. MySQL, PostgreSQL, Microsoft Access, SQL Server, FileMaker, Oracle, RDBMS, dBASE, Clipper, and FoxPro are some examples of database management systems.

A database management system (DBMS) is a piece of software that allows users to conveniently manage databases. It gives users access to the database's fundamental data and allows them to interact with it. These actions can range from simple data queries to the creation of database schemas that have a significant impact on the database structure.

Database management solutions enable users to share data across an organisation quickly, effectively, and securely. A data management system allows faster access to more accurate data by offering quick answers to database queries.
