That’s what happens, if one can do it I definitely can do it.
Sir, or ma’am if one person can do this in your company, or if one person is already doing this.

So two things I will cover here altogether, that within two years, I am seeing myself progressing in your company. Where I will get financial and positional growth, plus I will be identified as the best performer.
So this sounds more convincing and is a more positive approach.
Alright. Next question if we see, that is “what makes you a great sales representative”?
If you already had an existing sales experience, either you want to become a sales representative, of course they would want to ask you.
Why do you think that you consider yourself as the best sales representative?
What is that one thing in you that makes you the best sales representative?
So it’s answer is first, positive attitude. This is most important, being into sales.
Right, because you are getting to hear so many nos, still how you are keeping yourself positive ?
So sir, in me I have a positive attitude. Second learners mind. I never think that I have learnt everything.
I always want to learn something, I always want to know something new, that is why I will keep coordinating. That’s why I will keep meeting teams, meeting new customers will always be delightful.
And lastly, “pursuit of becoming extrovert”.
Sir it’s always been my dream to become an extrovert. And no better line than the sales line.
Where I will get this opportunity of becoming an extrovert.
Right now I can consider myself introvert or ambivert. Introvert means someone who never talks to people, they hesitate a lot from people in public speaking.
Ambivert means around friends they are very happy, but again before strangers they hesitate.
Right. So if you see the same thing here, this quality of extrovert you can develop very well in the sales line.
That is what we are saying.
Let’s see the next interview question that is “why should we hire you at your higher CTC expectations”?
Of course when you know your value , you have shown your best performance in your previous company too.
So of course you will go with a big expectation in the company. So of course they will have this question in mind that we are offering less to others, why should we offer you more?
So it’s probable answer, I would say witty answer, it will create a humor that is, “we prefer to invest to get return”.
You have to explain them with an example, sir if you don’t mind I would want to explain to you with an example.
That we usually prefer doing investment. Why do we do investment, so that we can get returns.
Right. And we invest more where there is an assurance of returns. And others invest where there is an assurance of more returns.
So here only comes the difference, of course sir many people will be working in your company but I assure you better returns.
I assure you better performance, that is why my CTC, the CTC I am demanding here, is all imperative. It is all legit.
Right. This is how you have to represent your smart answers.
Let’s see the next interview question. “Why did you choose a career in sales”?
Why did you choose to come in the sales line only?
Because there are many people who come into the sales line who are from different backgrounds, engineering background, IT background, from arts background, he has done studies in finance.
So why did you choose a career in sales?
So again its answer is infinite learning.
You always have to represent your learning mentality when you are in an interview.
So sir, there are many things for me to learn.
Learning can never end.
Billions of people are still stupid.
I will meet many people, will understand many new ideas, will understand many new mindsets, so here learning is infinite.
Second assured growth. Your growth is assured here. You will for sure grow because any company is based on its revenue.
Revenue is generated from sales and I am in the sales line so because of me the company is moving ahead. So it will also push me ahead sir.
And lastly but most important topic is “performance primes this time span”.
It means, there are many companies, won’t name them, but there are many companies, where if you have a certain years of experience only then you get the next promotion.
Doesn’t matter whether your are a performer or not.
You have worked for this many years, you will get the promotion.
Whereas in the sales line, you don’t have to wait that long sir. Here being into sales if I will give better performance, I will definitely get better promotions.
So here performance is considered as prime as compared to time span. Right.
So these are the smart answers you can of course represent in this question.
And last but not the least.
This question was asked to me as well, that “what is stress according to you”?
What is stress according to you? Because the sales line is all about stress.
Because people have made it like that. That it’s month end, it’s a big target, how to do it? Right.
So, stress, they want to know how positively or negatively you take it. Or how do you understand stress?
So it's an answer that I too gave, I would like to give it here also, so sir there is nothing known as stress, I believe.
Right. There’s nothing like stress in this world
It’s your ‘reaction to that particular challenging situation that makes it stressful'.
Right. If there’s a challenging situation, a better outcome can be reached by finding out it’s solution.
Rather getting stressed. Because by getting stressed, no situation’s result changes, that never happened.
But, if we think of its outcome or about its solution, so that stress won’t feel like stress.
It will only show us the way to achieve it. So I believe sir there is nothing known as stress.
It’s all based in here that how you take it.
