As we have almost completed our course, let's summarize the entire course and what all we have learnt till now in our journey.
So the topics we have learnt in "Career in Sales " are "Pursuing Sales Career".
When we pursue a sales career we have seen two topics - " Types of Career offers available " in which we have seen what all are the career offers that are available in the market.
We understood what all were the offers available in the market; those were "Over the Call", ``Chat Process" and "Face to face Communication".
And we also saw the " FEARS".
If we want to pursue a career, what are the fears related to it? We talked about it.
We also talked about the greatest disease. What will the people say?
And what were the advantages if I choose the sales career then what will be my career related progress, what all will be my psychology and skill related achievements?
Next topic we saw " Secrets to get success in Sales Communication ".
If I had to get success in Sales communication, what are all the secrets?
Here the first topic we saw was"Understanding the needs of the Company" And the second topic was "Understanding the needs of the Customer".
We understood about,What will be the expectations of a company from me? And What are the expectations of a customer from me?
Then we saw " Sales Communication Structure" where we understood how to develop our sales speech and how to represent it.
There we saw " Opening of a conversation", "Eligibility Check", "Rapport" and how to place our " Business Talk" And also understood how to place our business topic.
We have seen and understood "checkmate'', where we saw how to revoke the objections from the first as soon as they keep their objections in front of us.
Then we saw " Sensing the Urgency", where we understood why enrollment is important to be done right away and if not what all will be missed out. We understood that.
Next we understood "Elaboration",
How to do a big pitch, documentation, paperwork, formalities, we understood how to represent them with utmost honesty.
And further we also learnt about " Indirect Closure", it will sound rude if we talked directly about closure, about finances.
But we understood how to turn out their interests in a positive way with indirect closure.
Then comes "Direct Closure" where we directly talk about business.
And we also understood how to do "Need based Push".
On the basis of the need, how can we give a little push to the one existing business investor, the amount, the one who wants to do business with us to achieve more. This we understood.
And lastly, how can you ask for "References" from the one you have supported and with one you haven't supported.
Right we learnt all these things in "Sales Communication Structure"
Right!
So our milestone is after completing this and moving forward, you can choose the right career for you in "sales" . Where do you want to go in which category of sales?
Like "Over the Call", " Face to face communication" Or "Chat process".
This you need to understand.
Second is ,you need to have in-depth knowledge about your products, services or concepts that will actually help you to build your confidence in whichever company you are working in.
Then "prepare a pitch based on this entire learning".
Whatever you have learnt during this course and on the basis of that you need to prepare a pitch on the learning.
And " Start performing ".
Right! You have to start performing the pitch that you have prepared because the full pitch you have understood , will help you to perform better.
So whenever you are preparing the pitch you need to keep on practicing because as you practice this pitch live, with more customers this will help you to increase your performance.
As you perform more, then you will be able to achieve your next milestone which is progress.
