Simple Linear Regression - Practical

Simple linear regression is a type of regression analysis in which there is only one independent variable and a linear relationship exists between the independent (x) and dependent (y) variables. The red line in the graph above is known as the best fit straight line.

Linear Regression is a supervised learning-based machine learning technique. It runs a regression test. Based on independent variables, regression models a goal prediction value. It is mostly used to determine the link between variables and predicting.

Linear regression is a statistical technique used to analyze the relationship between independent and dependent variables. The steps in linear regression are:
