Distribution Models - Part 2

A distribution is essentially a set of data, or scores, on a single variable. These ratings are typically organized from lowest to largest and then graphically shown.

  • The Table of Contents
  • Distribution by Bernoulli.

  • The normal distribution
  • The Poisson Distribution
  • The distribution is exponential.

The normal distribution graph is defined by two parameters: the mean, or average, which is the maximum of the graph and is always symmetric; and the standard deviation, which indicates the degree of dispersion away from the mean.
