In Magento, create a Payment Module.
Choose a name for your payment module.
Add Payment Method Configuration Settings.
Add Default System Configuration Values.
Create Payment Method Model.
Configure Dependency Injection.
Customers benefit from having a variety of payment options, since they are more likely to pay faster and sooner than if they only had a few options.
Go to your Magento Admin Panel and log in.
Select the Configuration option from the System menu.
On the left side of the page, you'll find a selection of options....
Expand the PayPal Payment Gateways option under the Payment Methods section.

One thing I want to suggest is that please update quiz and course as nor Magento is upgraded to 2.4 version and course is for Magento 1
