Import the Magento demo data into a blank store database.
Installing Magento is the third step.
Copy the media to the source.
Clear the cache and reindex the data.

Import data from a sample (optional)
1. Use the Admin Panel to check the Magento version. You must first log into your Magento Admin Panel in order to check the Magento version. The Magento version can be found in the bottom (footer) right corner when you scroll down the website.
Only Linux-based operating systems are supported by Magento 2.4. Magento can, however, be installed and configured locally on a Windows PC. Learn how to install Magento 2.4 on Windows by setting up a local web server.

Its a great course for magento beginners, contains all basic topics used in magento.
One thing I want to suggest is that please update quiz and course as nor Magento is upgraded to 2.4 version and course is for Magento 1
