How to manage Customer and Customer Groups

Magento comes with three default customer groups out of the box: General, Not Logged In, and Wholesale, but adding new customer groups is simple and quick.

  • Retail and Wholesale Price Lists — Create separate price lists for retail and wholesale clients.
  • Platinum, Gold, and Silver — Give repeat clients discounts based on their loyalty.

This function can be used to allocate customers (retailers) to customer groups for insert planning. Customer groups and hierarchies can be used to organise your clients. Customizing is where you define the customer groups and hierarchies.

Magento 2 Customer Groups is a feature that allows you to separate your customers into groups and offer them various discounts, share different information, and build different custom rules.

  • low-cost clientele The first are the low-cost clients. These buyers make purchases based on pricing.
  • Customers who are well-informed. These clients make purchases based on their perceived worth. These people are well-informed about the products they purchase.
  • consumers that are motivated. These folks make purchases depending on their feelings.

Its a great course for magento beginners, contains all basic topics used in magento. One thing I want to suggest is that please update quiz and course as nor Magento is upgraded to 2.4 version and course is for Magento 1
