A table rate shipping method is a datasheet that is used to calculate shipping rates depending on a set of conditions. Customers can save money by using table rate shopping in Magento 2. The following set of conditions is taken into consideration: Price vs. Weight, Weight vs. Destination
Go to Stores > Settings > Configuration in the Admin Panel.
Select Shipping Methods from the left panel's Sales section.
Go to the Table Rates section and choose Yes to enable the shipping method. Set the table rate shipping title on the checkout page.

One thing I want to suggest is that please update quiz and course as nor Magento is upgraded to 2.4 version and course is for Magento 1
