Go to Stores > Settings > Configuration on the Admin sidebar.
Expand Catalog on the left panel and select Catalog from the drop-down menu.

To begin, navigate to Stores => Rating. Then select Add New Rating to begin creating your Magento 2 product rating. Enter the new rating's default value in Default Value. Fill in the value for each store view if you're using multiple store views.

Its a great course for magento beginners, contains all basic topics used in magento.
One thing I want to suggest is that please update quiz and course as nor Magento is upgraded to 2.4 version and course is for Magento 1
