Select the environment in the Project Web UI. Then select Configure environment from the drop-down menu.
Select Users from the drop-down menu, then Add User.
Fill out the Add User form as follows: Fill in the email address of the user. Choose from the following user roles: Admin, Contributor, or Reader from the dropdown menu. Select Add User from the drop-down menu.
You can create as many admin user accounts as you need from Magento 2 setup, however they will be assigned to various access levels if you ask. For example, without any global settings or data, you can assign the view and update it exclusively for websites or stores.
Click Users in the Edit User Role dialogue box. Click Add on the Users page. Type the name of a user or group that you wish to add to this user role in the Select Users or Groups dialogue box, click Check Names, and then click OK. Click OK in the Edit User Role dialogue box.
A role is a database object that may be allocated to users and groups together one or more privileges. When a user is assigned a role, they inherit all of the privileges associated with that role. A user can have many roles at the same time.
A user can only have one role at a time.
