Customer — Assign as many customer tax classes as you need to customer groups.
Product — Product classes are used in calculations to calculate the appropriate tax rate in the shopping cart.
Magento uses tax rates to collect local sales taxes. Tax Classes are simply used to divide shipping, products, and consumers into "Taxable" and "Not Taxable" categories. The tax rate is where we specify how much money should be collected specifically.

One thing I want to suggest is that please update quiz and course as nor Magento is upgraded to 2.4 version and course is for Magento 1
