From the "Entity Type" drop-down menu, choose "Products."
Choose one of the following import behaviours: Add/Update, Replace, or Delete.
Choose a CSV file.
An import is a product or service that is made in another country and purchased in your own. When indigenous industries are unable to provide identical goods and services at a low cost or efficiently, imported goods and services become appealing.
Go to the Magento 2 admin panel and log in.
Select System > Data Transfer > Export from the menu bar.
Select Customers Main File in Entity Type under Export Settings.
The default export file format is CSV.
Select the attribute you want to omit from the CSV file under Entity Attribute.

The difference between these two processes is that when you import a customer, you are importing all the contact information for that customer, including their email addresses, phone numbers, and any other relevant information. When you import products, you are only importing the product information.
The different types of customers in Magento are:
Customer type 1: Individual
Customer type 2: Business
Customer type 3: Organization (i.e. Enterprise)
Customer type 4: Government
