To add special characters to an HTML document, insert an ampersand followed by a pound sign (&#) at the location where you wish the character to appear.
To add a character, type the number of the appropriate code.
By holding Alt and hitting 0 and 9 at the same time, the tab character can be inputted. Using the margin-left attribute, a new class may be constructed that provides a specific amount of spacing.
In HTML, there are three different forms of lists:
An unordered list is a collection of related things that are arranged in no particular order.
An ordered list is a collection of related elements arranged in a certain order.
Name/value pairings, such as terms and definitions, are displayed in a description list.
Because HTML reserves a special set of characters for itself, you employ entities to help the parser discern between what you truly want to show the user and when a character should be treated as HTML. will result in the "/sarcasm>" tag being removed, e.g. since HTML does not have such a tag defined.
