Sign in with the same Google Account you use to manage your Business Profile to access your profile insights. If you're logged in with your profile, you'll also receive basic insights on Maps and search. Important: The views from the last 28 days are displayed on your dashboard.
Insights provide you a behind-the-scenes glimpse at how people locate your online business listing. Because many customers use Google Search and Maps to find businesses, Insights focuses on how customers use Search and Maps to find your listing, as well as what they do after they find it. Insights are available for individual listings or in bulk.
For the time being, the new Insights for Google company sites do not have an export capability (nor did the old insights), so manual exporting will be necessary.
Google Analytics displays the amount of traffic and activity on your website. Google My Business Insights displays information about your GMB listing's traffic and activities.
You may compare search volume patterns across geographies, time frames, categories, and properties using Google Insights. It will display regional interest for a certain keyword as well as other related top search phrases.
