CSS's word-break property can be used to control when line breaks should be applied. Line breaks in text are normally only possible in particular locations, such as when there is a space or a hyphen. When we change the text's width to one em, the word breaks at each letter: HTML.

A hyphen is a punctuation mark that has the function of joining two words together. CSS hyphens are used to separate words or phrases.

The hyphen property is used to specify the width of a line-hyphenation. It is a CSS property that you can use to specify the width of a line-hyphenation.

The benefits of using hyphens in CSS code include:
