Google Search Console is a tool that helps you find and fix broken links, remove spam, and reduce the number of accidental inbound links.

  • Google Search Console is a tool that has a user interface that can be accessed from any browser. It is a useful tool for webmasters to track their search engine rankings and diagnose problems with their websites.
  • A user can view detailed information about the users’ search experience, including:
    Search queries: keywords searched and clicks made on each result page
    Searches by language

May 20, 2015 Since May 20, 2015, the Google Webmaster Tools are now officially called Google Search Console.

Here are a few other new features that Google added recently to the search console dashboard: Sixteen months of traffic data in Search Analytics API. Recipe report to help users fix structured data issues affecting rich snippets. New Search Appearance filters in Search Analytics for Weblight and Google Play Instant.

Google Search Console (formerly Google Webmaster Tools) is a free Google service that allows you to track and troubleshoot the appearance of your website in their search results. It can be used to detect and resolve technical faults, submit sitemaps, and view backlinks, among other things.
