FAQs

The Instagram setting has been changed a lot in recent years:

  • In 2006, the application was just for viewing pictures.
  • In 2008, it became a social network where users could share content as well as view others’ content.
  • In 2009, Instagram introduced video sharing on their application.
  • In 2012, Instagram introduced the ability to “like” photos and videos from your mobile phone or tablet computer.
  • In 2013, Instagram allowed users to follow hashtags on their application so that they could be able to see all of the posts related to a certain topic at once

The Instagram setting is a feature that allows you to take a photo or video and apply filters and effects to it before it posts on the app. This can be done through the Instagram app or through other photo editing apps like Adobe Photoshop or Apple Photos for iOS devices. Filters are applied automatically when you post your content onto Instagram, but the settings can be changed manually if needed.

  • Step 1: Open the Instagram app and select “Create”
  • Step 2: Select your camera or video from the top of the screen and start recording
  • Step 3: Tap on the arrow in the bottom right corner of your screen and select “Save”
  • Step 4: Tap on “Edit” in order to add filters, text, and stickers
