Here are some purposes of creating an Instagram account:
To share your life with friends and family members
To promote your business or brand
To connect with influencers, celebrities, and other people in the industry
To share a specific topic or interest
Go to instagram.com. Tap Sign up, enter your email address, create a username and password or tap Log in with Facebook to sign up with your Facebook account. If you register with an email, tap Sign up. If you register with Facebook, you'll be prompted to log into your Facebook account if you're currently logged out.
You can have up to five separate Instagram profiles, according to Instagram's Help Center, which you can switch between without logging out. (This isn't to say you can't have more than five, but you'll have to log out and back in to access additional profiles once you've reached that limit.)
Some of the benefits include:
Builds an audience
Increases brand awareness
Engages with people who are interested in your brand or product
Allows your business to be easily found on search engines
But, to get back to basics, Instagram is based on a simple concept: you follow accounts that you are interested in. As a result, people are drawn to you. You may "like" and comment on other people's postings, and they can do the same with yours. It's entirely up to you whether you want to keep a low profile or build a following.
