The delay timer is the tool that is most often found in Ladder Diagrams, Flowcharts, and other diagrams. It has two main functions: it shows the duration of each step and it allows you to see how long it takes for one step to finish before moving on to the next one.
The On delay timer can be used to show how long a process takes to complete. It is also used to make sure that the process is completed before the end of the day.
The following steps should be followed when using the ON delay timer in a ladder diagram:
Select the ON delay timer from the toolbar.

The light will turn on after the specified time has passed, and it will turn off after another specified time has passed.
