One of the key benefits of arithmetic operators is that the process is fairly basic and hence quick. When combining two (usually binary) images, logical operators are frequently utilised. The logical operator is generally employed bitwise in the case of integer pictures.

The software use the arithmetic operator to execute elementary algebraic operations such as addition, subtraction, multiplication, and division. Relational operators are used to verify a relationship between two operands, such as whether they are equal, greater than, less than, and so on.

All logical operators in SQL return TRUE, FALSE, or NULL ( UNKNOWN ). These are implemented in MySQL as 1 (TRUE), 0 (FALSE), and NULL. The majority of this is universal across SQL database servers, while some may return any nonzero result for TRUE.

Mathematical operations are carried out using arithmetic operators. Logical operators aggregate the results of many boolean expressions into a single boolean value.

Addition, subtraction, multiplication, division, exponentiation, and modulus operations are all performed using the arithmetic operators.
