Choose a job from the list of available positions.
To create a new job, tap Create new job and fill up the form with the job title, location, employment type, and description (optional).
Choose your preferred privacy setting from the Anyone dropdown.
Go to your LinkedIn homepage and click the Jobs icon.
Select the Job Posting option.
Fill in the following fields on the Job Details page.
Press the Continue button.
Keep things short and sweet. To attract more applicants, make your job postings shorter.
Be cautious of becoming too casual.
Let candidates know what they can expect.
Don't spend too much time promoting your business.
Specify exactly what success entails.
Post your job opening early in the week.
To increase diversity, use gender-neutral phrases.
Tap and hold the Like icon on a mobile device to react to a post or remark. To select your Reaction to a post or a remark on a computer, move your cursor over the Like icon.
Conduct a comprehensive job analysis.
Keep the job posting between 300 and 700 words.
A job title should be concise, straightforward, and detailed.
Explain the work opportunity in detail.
Promote the job opening.
Promote the company's mission and values.
Explain the application procedure.
