An aggregate function computes on a set of values and returns a single value. With the exception of COUNT(*), aggregate functions disregard null values. Aggregate functions are frequently used in conjunction with the SELECT statement's GROUP BY clause.
Laravel includes aggregate functions such as max, min, count, average, and total. Following the construction of our query, we can call any of these functions.
AVG is a function that computes the average of a set of values.
COUNT – counts the number of rows in a given table or view.
MIN – returns the lowest value in a set of values.
MAX – returns the highest value from a set of values.
SUM – computes the value sum.
In your data set searches, you may get fast, dynamic analytics for any Currency, Number, or Percentage field. See the overall value picture for fields like Annual Revenue, ARR, or Employee Count, then switch between Sum, Average, Minimum, and Maximum to gain a different perspective on the data.
