Matlab becomes easier and more powerful thanks to these built-in functions. However, if we wish to write our own function, Matlab provides us with a function handle. We can generate any mathematical function using a function handler; these functions are known as anonymous functions.
An anonymous function (also known as a function literal, lambda abstraction, lambda function, lambda expression, or block) is a function definition that is not associated with a name.
A user-defined function is a Matlab program that the user creates, saves as a function file, and then uses as a built-in function. In general, a function includes input arguments (or parameters) and output variables (or parameters) that can be any size scalars, vectors, or matrices.
