The Agile Scrum Methodology is a hybrid of the incremental and iterative product development models. The project is broken into Sprints in Scrum. Sprint: Each Sprint has its own timetable (2 weeks to 1 month). During the Sprint Planning Meeting, a Scrum Team will agree on this timetable.
